Order processing
The Vio shop accepts orders 24h a day, 7 days a week. Order processing may take up to seven business days.
Shipping Free shipping with every tutu order!
Free shipping with every order over $100!
Items shipped from the Vio Shop are shipped with USPS Priority mail. All free shipping is to the Continental United States only. All others and international: shipping calculated based on location and invoiced upon sale. Items ship from US Postal code 07028, calculate shipping HERE.
Out of stock
All orders are processed normally. Customer is notified when item is out of stock with expected shipping date. The Vio shop depends on its suppliers, some out of stock items may take up to six weeks for delivery.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please email viodances@yahoo.com for a return authorization. We do not accept returns for custom orders (Tutus), Violet Rose and books. Violet Rose perfume can be returned for half the purchase price. All others can be returned in original condition for a full refund. Unauthorized returns will not be honored. Items not in original conditions will not be credited.

If you would like to place a custom order, please email viodances@yahoo.com with your request.
The "Angel" tutu is custom built, therefore we depend on our costume shop for delivery times. The "Angel" tutu ships within three to twelve weeks.
